Due to the nature of Ayurvedic food supplements, we follow strict hygiene and safety standards.

1. Sealed Products

• Once the product seal is opened, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Opened or used products are strictly non-returnable.

2. Unopened Products

If the product is:

• Unopened

• Seal intact

• In original packaging

It may be returned within 15 days from the order date.

3. Refund Eligibility

After inspection and approval:

• Refund may range between 70% to 100% of the product value.

• Shipping charges and COD charges are non-refundable.

• Refund amount depends on the product condition and reason for return.

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

5. Non-Returnable Situations

• Opened or used products

• Damage caused by customer misuse

• Expired return period

• Improper storage

• Change of mind after seal is opened

6. Damaged Product on Delivery

If you receive a damaged product:

• Inform us within 24 hours

• Share clear photos/video proof

After verification, replacement or refund will be provided.
